First established in 1967, “A.T.G.” provided legacy IT and consulting services to well-known customers of the time like Dow Chemicals, Avis Car Rentals, Sandoz Pharmaceutical, Squibb Pharmaceutical, among others.
In 1979, as “A.T.G.” ‘s activities are expanded and the company is now acting as business integrator by creating affiliate companies with the purpose to serve our customers in more specific areas. “SYSCO” Systems Consultants was one of them, well established and over the years become a leading software house fully accredited by IBM as business partners for its products from PC’s to mid-range systems like IBM AS/400. Apart from its software products covering a wide range of commercial and industrial applications, “SYSCO” was by that time the exclusive agent for Hotel Information Systems (U.S.A.), among the first Hotel Management Systems that were introduced in Greece by that time, Infogenesis (U.S.A.), HERO (U.K.) and ACOM Computer Systems Ltd., Canada, for Greece and Cyprus, thus successfully covering the needs of the hospitality industry. Successful implementations amongst others were to Hilton, Intercontinental, Meridien, Novotel, and various other large foreign and local hotel groups.
In 1996, “A.T.G.” became the exclusive agent for the Balkans area for ComTelco/TMS, the predecessor of TIGER/TMS, implementing major projects to well known hotel customers together with the major PABX companies of the time like SIEMENS, NORTEL, ALCATEL, LUCENT, etc.
